It is THAT day in the office where you want to enjoy while you feel super-useful tackling the to-do list. And we want to help you to explore the taste of the weekend on a Tuesday and add sprinkles to your day. To feel that you can enjoy life at work with this easy, but heartfelt coffee shake recipe, the perfect companion for a Tuesday!
As always we also tweak and change recipes to make them as healthy as possible and remove the guilt that comes from enjoying our sweets, we even created a whip cream with no sugar that you can control, read here>
3/4 cup milk, you can use soy or preferably cashew milk for creaminess
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 or 3 teaspoons maple syrup
6 ice cubes
2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
Topping: our healthy version of whip cream (here)
Combine the espresso coffee, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, ice, and cocoa powder in a blender; blend until smooth.
Add whip cream on top and wala! a shake to shake it up!
